What a full event setup costs with Rental Setups. We're a turnkey rental and production company — delivery, setup, and takedown are always included, one crew, one invoice. Most complete setups we deliver across Central Florida land under $4,000: an LED dance floor, Chiavari chairs, tables and linens, china and glassware, DMX-controlled uplighting, a mobile bar, hedge wall backdrop, and games or FX for your guest count. That range covers mobile stages and truss too. Our LED dance floors run $500 for a 12x12 up to $1,400 for a 20x16, delivered and set up. Full production builds — LED walls, live lighting operator, festival-scale staging — are quoted individually. Smaller setups start under $1,000. A deposit holds your date with the balance due 3 days before the event, we deliver at a specific time when you need it (surprise parties included), and quotes come back same day.

A wedding day moves through a lot of moments — ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, last dance — and each one has its own setup. We coordinate the full arc: Chiavari seating for the ceremony, lounge and cocktail-hour pieces for the in-between, and a lit-up LED dance floor for the reception.
Every wedding rental includes delivery, setup, and takedown, planned around your venue's timeline so the room is ready before your first guest arrives and cleared out after the last one leaves.
