Most complete setups we deliver across Central Florida land under $4,000: an LED dance floor, Chiavari chairs, tables and linens, china and glassware, DMX-controlled uplighting, a mobile bar, hedge wall backdrop, and games or FX for your guest count. That range covers mobile stages and truss too. Our LED dance floors run $500 for a 12x12 up to $1,400 for a 20x16, delivered and set up. Full production builds — LED walls, live lighting operator, festival-scale staging — are quoted individually. Smaller setups start under $1,000. A deposit holds your date with the balance due 3 days before the event, we deliver at a specific time when you need it (surprise parties included), and quotes come back same day.
