Premium Event Rentals Serving Ocoee, FL
Rental Setups delivers premium event rentals and full production across Ocoee and West Orange County — RGB LED dance floors, Chiavari chairs, lounge furniture, tabletop, and production-grade lighting and staging. We're local and close, so Ocoee events (34761 / 34762) get fast turnaround and a crew that knows the area.
What a full event setup costs with Rental Setups in Ocoee. We're a turnkey rental and production company — delivery, setup, and takedown are always included, one crew, one invoice. Most complete setups we deliver in Ocoee land under $4,000: an LED dance floor, Chiavari chairs, tables and linens, china and glassware, DMX-controlled uplighting, a mobile bar, hedge wall backdrop, and games or FX for your guest count. That range covers mobile stages and truss too. Our LED dance floors run $500 for a 12x12 up to $1,400 for a 20x16, delivered and set up. Full production builds — LED walls, live lighting operator, festival-scale staging — are quoted individually. Smaller setups start under $1,000. A deposit holds your date with the balance due 3 days before the event, we deliver at a specific time when you need it (surprise parties included), and quotes come back same day.
Backyard, Community & Lakeside
Built for Ocoee's Backyard, Community, and Lakeside Celebrations
Ocoee is a growing West Orange community with deep roots — historic downtown around Bill Breeze Park and Starke Lake, the Withers-Maguire House, and the West Orange Trail running through it. Most celebrations here happen at private homes, community and clubhouse spaces, and lakeside settings rather than big formal ballrooms, which means flexible, well-planned setups matter.
Whether it's a backyard wedding, a milestone birthday, a quinceañera, or a graduation party, we bring the full setup — delivery, setup, and takedown included — so you host instead of haul.
